Qualifications

• Must hold a Missouri LPN license.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Knowledge of professional nursing practices within LPN scope.

• Ability to collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process within your scope.
• Complete patient assessments and documentation within established timeframes.
• Deliver safe, compassionate, patient-centered care across the lifespan.
• Perform clinical procedures and nursing interventions per policy.
• Monitor patient status and communicate changes promptly.
• Prioritize tasks to support workflow and continuity of care.
• Document assessments, interventions, and education timely.
