Qualifications

• Open to Graduate Practical Nurses.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care for patients under the direction of Medical Staff.
• Maintains patient records and communicates patient needs to the health care team.
• Administers medications as allowed by hospital policy and Nurse Practice Act.
• Observes patient conditions and reports changes to physicians and nursing staff.
