Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Completed 75-hour Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation.
• Registered in the State of Vermont as a Licensed Nursing Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care for patients under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Promote communication of patients’ status and changes in condition with the licensed nurse.
• Follow Nursing Department policies and approved plan of care.
