Baptist Health - Central Alabama is seeking a Registered Nurse to supervise nursing staff on shift and during weekends and holidays, ensuring quality and continuity of patient care. The RN will use the nursing process for assessments, planning, and interventions, and will collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to implement patient care plans.

The role requires a nursing degree, active RN licensure, and BLS certification, with possible ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC based on unit requirements.

Qualificações

• Degree in Nursing is required; BSN preferred.
• RN licensure and BLS are required; additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, etc.) may be required depending on area.
• Ability to observe, assess, and document care; work independently and in a team; communicate effectively; and resolve patient concerns.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate nursing personnel on shift, including weekends and holidays, to ensure quality and continuity of patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process for patient assessment, planning of care, and performing interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare clinicians in planning and implementing patient care.
• Perform other duties within the scope of the role as needed.
