Nurses Aide - Medical/Surgical Float Pool - Days

Monitor blood pressure and temperature of patients, ensure the delivery of meals, and facilitate safe transport. Provide compassionate patient-focused care and perform select duties under the supervision of a registered nurse. Improve the patient experience and maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment. Measure and record temperatures, pulses, respiration, and blood pressure. Demonstrate teamwork and raise the bar for patient care.

This is a full-time dayshift position.

Preferred Criteria

• At least one year of experience as a certified nurses aide.

Required Criteria

• Previous nurse’s aide experience in a hospital setting or certification from an approved accredited nurse aide training program, or current enrollment in a BSN program for nursing (junior year or completion of at least one clinical practicum).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
