Bluebird Staffing is seeking a Med-Surg Flex Registered Nurse for a 31-bed unit that handles medical patients and surgical overflow. Shifts available include days and nights with 7a-7p or 7p-7a hours and online self-scheduling.

The role provides competent clinical nursing care and coordinates patient care using the nursing process within a hospital setting. Night and weekend shift differentials and continuing education support are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a school of professional nursing is required.
• If hired after January 6, 2014, must be enrolled within four years and obtain a BSN or MSN within seven years of employment date.

Responsibilities

• Provides competent clinical nursing care consistent with professional standards; coordinates and delivers patient care utilizing the nursing process in a hospital setting.
