The role requires RN licensure, a bachelor’s degree in nursing, and proven leadership experience to manage staff, budgets, and quality outcomes while fostering continuous improvement and staff development.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; 7+ years of direct experience in lieu accepted.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• RN licensure required (state or compact).
• 3-5 years of leadership experience preferred.

• Oversees clinical operations in the Med/Surg department to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Collaborates with physicians, nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care across the continuum.
