A healthcare organization is urgently seeking a full-time Med-Surg Department Manager in Whitefield, NH. This role involves direct patient care, clinical leadership, and overseeing a surgical unit. Qualifications

There is currently an urgent need for a Med-Surg Department Manager to join an extremely stable health care organization on a full-time basis. • Accountable for standards of care and practice.
• All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration.

Qualifications

• A current RN License in the state of NH is a MUST.
• Must have strong critical care skills.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
• Strong experience using an EMR and Kronos timekeeping.
