Job summary

Universal Health Services is seeking a Patient Care Specialist/Unit Assistant at Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, FL. The role supports nursing staff by delivering patient care and handling unit operations under RN direction.

Under RN supervision, you will perform clerical tasks, stocking, ordering and transporting duties while maintaining a high standard of Service Excellence and compassion for patients and families.

Qualifications

• State of Florida CNA license is required.
• BLS certification required.
• Multiple levels of education may apply as listed in qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive patient care under a licensed nurse.
• Assist with unit operations including clerical tasks, stocking, ordering and transporting.
