Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care on a Medical-Surgical unit, performing assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with nursing standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management and post-treatment care, and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

A valid RN license and nursing diploma/ADN are required; BSN preferred.
