Job summary

Barnes‑Jewish West County Hospital, part of BJC HealthCare, is seeking an experienced RN to pursue a leadership pathway within a med/surg unit. The role includes 3/12 hour night shifts, weekend options with premium pay, and a $15,000 bonus alongside relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.

Under the direction of management, the incumbent will plan, direct, and coordinate unit activities while delivering direct patient care as needed and serving as a clinical resource to nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and coordinates unit activities on the designated shift.
• Performs direct patient care as needed and serves as clinical resource.
• Assesses, plans, evaluates and documents the nursing process for the unit.
