Bodenvy Coolsculpting & Weight Loss is hiring a licensed practical nurse who is energetic, customer-friendly, and eager to join a fast-growing team. Comprehensive body sculpting training will be provided, making this an excellent entry point for new LPNs to apply.

Schedule requires afternoons (2 pm–8 pm on Tue–Fri) and 8–10 hour shifts on Saturdays, totaling 25–35 hours weekly. Strong reliability, bilingual Spanish, and a drive to grow with the franchise are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license and state registration required.
• Hard worker with initiative and minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple client treatments simultaneously.
• Punctual and dependable; able to stay late when required.
• Willingness to grow with the company; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver every treatment with warmth and a genuine smile to create a high-quality client experience.
• Efficiently manage multiple clients by leveraging downtime in treatment protocols.
• Review client records, process payments, and escort clients to treatment areas.
• Schedule follow-up appointments, input Alle points, and conduct post-treatment reviews.
• Clean, prep, and maintain treatment rooms; ensure a sterile environment.
• Wash, fold, and store laundry to keep supplies ready throughout the shift.
• Maintain machine longevity with proper cleaning techniques.
• Keep wet bar and bathrooms stocked and orderly throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver every treatment with warmth and a genuine smile, ensuring a memorable, high-quality experience for each client.
• Efficiently manage multiple clients simultaneously by leveraging the "hands-off" downtime inherent in our treatment protocols.
• Review client records (UMRs), process payments, and scan the Alle app before escorting clients to treatment areas.
• Schedule follow-up appointments, input ALLE points, and conduct post-treatment reviews immediately following each session.
• Clean and prep treatment rooms immediately after each client leaves to maintain a professional and sterile environment.
• Wash, fold, and put away laundry continuously throughout the shift to prevent buildup and ensure a constant supply.
• Maintain machine longevity and performance by using proper cleaning techniques and handling with care.
• Keep the wet bar, bathrooms, and treatment rooms fully stocked throughout the day and before the final shift close.

Qualifications

• ** Current nursing license and state registration (LPN or RN) required **
• A self-motivated "hard worker" who takes initiative and requires minimal supervision to execute tasks efficiently.
• Mastery of multi-tasking, specifically the ability to manage and monitor multiple client treatments simultaneously without losing focus.
• Punctual and dependable, with the flexibility to stay late when the schedule requires it to ensure every client is served.
• An adaptable, quick learner looking for a long-term home to grow their skills and evolve with the company.
• Proactive in upselling and maintaining deep product knowledge to enhance both the client’s results and the business's bottom line.
• Consistently respectful conduct at all levels, with bilingual (Spanish) proficiency being a highly valued asset.
