Job summary

NakedMD in Mountain View, CA is seeking Consultants for a rewarding med spa career. The role offers an hourly range of $20-25/hr plus bonus eligibility, with full-time hours and open availability including Fridays and Saturdays.

You will conduct consultations, stay updated on aesthetic treatments, and help clients schedule and plan treatments while delivering exceptional client service. This is a fast-paced, client-focused position at a modern med spa.

Qualifications

• Experience in aesthetic or retail sales preferred.
• Strong client service skills and professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with health and safety guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets through consultative selling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns, goals and overall well-being.
• Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling.
• Assisting clients in scheduling appointments and coordinating treatments.
• Confident and competent consulting and completion of comprehensive treatment plans.
• Honor and respect the diversity of our patients and their individual rights to care.
• Must be available full-time with open availability including Fridays and Saturdays.
