Job summary

NakedMD is seeking Consultants for a rewarding med spa career. You will conduct consultations to understand clients’ aesthetic concerns, stay updated on treatments, achieve sales targets, and coordinate scheduling.

You will deliver comprehensive treatment plans with a compassionate, professional approach while respecting patient rights. The role requires full-time availability, including Fridays and Saturdays, and involves working in a fast-paced aesthetic environment with a focus on client care

Qualifications

• Experience in aesthetics or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong client service orientation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets through consultative selling.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures.
• Demonstrates kindness, professionalism and compassion.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns and goals.
• Stay updated on latest aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends.
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling.
• Assist clients in scheduling appointments and coordinating treatments.
• Provide confident and competent consultations and complete treatment plans.
• Honor and respect the diversity of patients and their rights to care.
• Must be available full-time with open availability including Fridays and Saturdays.
