Job summary

Alluraderm in Albuquerque seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our medical aesthetics team. The RN will perform laser, microneedling and related treatments, support injectable services, and contribute to safe, personalized patient care.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of RN experience, NM license, CPR/BLS, and familiarity with lasers, microneedling, CoolSculpting, and skincare. We offer a competitive salary, benefits, and professional development in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• 1–3 years of RN experience, preferably in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or related specialty.
• Previous experience with aesthetic lasers and microneedling strongly preferred.
• Experience with CoolSculpting/body contouring preferred.
• Experience with aesthetic injectables preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser and light-based treatments, including Fotona, Fraxel, Clear + Brilliant, photofacial/IPL, laser hair removal, and Thermage, based on training and credentialing.
• Perform SkinPen microneedling and other appropriate skin rejuvenation treatments.
• Assist with and/or perform aesthetic injectable services within scope, training, and credentialing.
• Perform CoolSculpting and other body contouring treatments according to established protocols.
• Conduct treatment consultations, educate patients on options and expectations, and provide pre- and post-treatment instructions.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and follow clinical, safety, and infection-control protocols.
• Operate equipment safely and report maintenance or treatment concerns appropriately.
• Work with providers, nurses, aestheticians, and staff to provide a seamless patient experience.
• Stay current with advances in lasers, microneedling, injectables, skincare, and body contouring.

The ideal candidate has experience in laser treatments, microneedling, medical aesthetics, or a related clinical setting and is committed to providing safe, personalized, high-quality patient care.

Position Overview

The RN will provide a variety of medical aesthetic treatments with a primary focus on laser and light-based treatments and microneedling, while also supporting injectable services, CoolSculpting, and other aesthetic treatments within their training, credentialing, and scope of practice.

Key Responsibilities

Laser & Microneedling

• Perform laser and light-based treatments, including Fotona, Fraxel, Clear + Brilliant, photofacial/IPL, laser hair removal, and Thermage, based on training and credentialing.
• Perform SkinPen microneedling and other appropriate skin rejuvenation treatments.

Injectables & Body Contouring

Patient Care

• Operate equipment safely and report maintenance or treatment concerns appropriately.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with providers, nurses, aestheticians, and administrative staff to provide a seamless patient experience.
• Participate in ongoing education and stay current with advances in lasers, microneedling, injectables, skincare, and body contouring.
