$121,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Practice Manager: Lead Our Growing Medspa & Cosmetic Surgery Team!

Are you a passionate leader ready to elevate patient experiences and drive growth? Join our rapidly expanding, family-feel practice in sunny Southern California! We're seeking an exceptional Practice Manager to oversee operations in Santa Monica & Oxnard. This is a vital leadership role with massive potential!

Full-time, in-office role (mostly Santa Monica)

Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 annually, with high end for extremely relatable experience.

Bonuses: Performance-based, potentially $2500 quarterly.

401k: 4% match after 1 year of employment.

Healthcare: HMO (100% paid), PPO (50-60% paid, depending on plan).

Vacation: Starts at one week for the first year, with additional days accruing thereafter.
