Deluxe Med Spa is seeking a Phone Sales Associate to manage inbound and outbound calls, convert leads to booked appointments, and support phone operations across multiple sites. You’ll anchor at a Deluxe location of your choice and grow into higher-earning aesthetics sales with our investment in your training and career path.

Responsibilities include prompt call handling, converting leads, coordinating schedules, and documenting interactions.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of experience in a med spa or aesthetics setting (phone sales, front desk, patient coordination, or sales)
• Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency, written and spoken (strongly preferred)
• Confident phone presence with strong sales instincts
• Working knowledge of aesthetic treatments (injectables, lasers, skin treatments) and how to talk about them with clients
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high call and follow-up volume
• Comfortable working across multiple locations and teams
• Proficiency with scheduling or CRM software (Zenoti experience a plus)
• Available Monday–Friday

Responsabilidades

• Answer and manage inbound calls promptly and professionally, and follow up on missed calls, web inquiries, and leads the same day
• Convert prospective clients into booked appointments through consultative phone sales
• Coordinate scheduling across Deluxe locations using practice management software
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, follow-ups, and lead status
• Collaborate with clinic managers and front desk teams to ensure a smooth client handoff
• Track and report on lead volume, conversion rates, and call activity
• Support outbound outreach for promotions, re-engagement campaigns, and appointment reminders
