NakedMD is seeking Consultants for a rewarding med spa career. You will conduct consultations, stay informed on treatments, drive sales through consultative selling, and help schedule appointments.

You will create comprehensive treatment plans and uphold patient care standards, with a commitment to full-time availability including Fridays and Saturdays. Ideal candidates bring prior aesthetic or retail experience, strong client service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced

• Experience in aesthetics or retail preferred.
• Strong client service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets through consultative selling.

hourly range: $20-25/hr + bonus eligible

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients’ aesthetic concerns, goals and overall well-being.
• Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling.
• Assisting clients in scheduling appointments and coordinating treatments.
• Confident and competent consulting and completion of comprehensive treatment plans.
• Honor and respect the diversity of our patients and their individual rights to care.
• Must be available full-time with open availability including Fridays and Saturdays

• Previous experience in a similar role within the aesthetic or retail industry is highly desirable.
