Job summary

Bodenvy, a leading CoolSculpting provider with rapid expansion in the U.S., is hiring for a consultative appointment-setting role in Michigan. You will make outbound calls to warm leads, handle inquiries, and educate prospects about our fat-reduction services to schedule consultations.

Qualifications

• Outbound call center experience preferred.
• Comfortable with high-volume dialing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads (200 Calls minimum a day).
• Handle inbound inquiries and questions.
• Ask discovery questions and build rapport with prospects.
• Educate prospects on Bodenvy services and benefits.
• Book same-day or next-day consultations.
• Overcome objections confidently and professionally.
• Maintain strong show rates and qualified appointments.
• Primary goal: book high-quality consultations that show up and convert.
