Job summary

You will work with APPs and other clinicians to diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, order tests, prescribe medications, and maintain accurate patient records, while supporting health promotion and disease prevention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Licensed physician in Wisconsin with current credentials.
• Completion of Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Residency.
• Board certification or eligible for Board Certification in Internal Medicine and in Pediatrics.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to adults and children.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications.
• Collaborate with APP and team; participate in training of students/residents.
• Maintain medical reports and records; comply with policies.
