Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking an Internal Medicine/Pediatrics physician to join our Primary Care team at Inver Grove Heights Clinic. The role is outpatient with 32–36 patient contact hours weekly, working in a collaborative, supportive environment.

The position requires board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics and offers a competitive pay range with potential RVU-based bonuses after the guaranteed period.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics required for an outpatient physician role.
• Outpatient clinic experience with in-clinic procedures preferred.
• Duties include collaborative care within a primary care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient Internal Medicine/Pediatrics care at Inver Grove Heights Clinic.
• Perform a range of in-clinic procedures as appropriate.
• Collaborate with the Primary Care team to coordinate patient care.
