Job summary

CompHealth is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Practice or Internal Medicine physician for a hospital-affiliated role in Phoenix, AZ. You will join a physician-employed model with a dedicated medical assistant and access to hub centers offering on-site CT, X-ray, lab testing, stress testing, and endoscopy.

The position supports a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating shifts (7:00–15:30 or 11:00–19:30) and a 40-hour work week, with a competitive compensation package and guidance

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Practice or Internal Medicine.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Opportunity to supervise an NP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monday–Friday schedule with rotating shifts between 7 am–3:30 pm and 11 am–7:30 pm.
• Manageable patient volume of 16–22 patients per day.
• Physician-employed model with dedicated medical assistant support; hub centers offer on-site CT, X-ray, lab, stress testing and endoscopy.
