CompHealth is assisting a private practice in Phoenix, AZ to recruit a board-certified Internal Medicine physician for an outpatient-only role.

Expect a 4-day in-office schedule with one remote workday per week and a manageable patient load of 16–18 per day; no after-hours burden as a virtual team covers calls.

Open to residents and practicing physicians with outpatient experience; we offer free services to negotiate salary and contract, coordinate interviews, and help with licenses.

Qualifications
