Job description

Join a well established team of 10 Hematology and Oncology providers, affiliated with one of the Midwest's top physician-led, nonprofit health systems.

1. Truly unprecedented earnings - consistently proven $850K-1M++ potential
2. Extremely competitive base salary guarantee (higher than what 90% of practices across the country offer according to MGMA), plus additional bonuses
3. $200K signing Bonus and comprehensive, executive-level benefits package
4. General, community-based Med Onc, with the opportunity to tailor your practice to one or more specific disease sites/subspecialties if you desire
5. State-of-the-art Cancer Center offering comprehensive care
6. Gorgeous, brand-new wing houses the newly expanded Oncology clinic and infusion center, all connected to the hospital
7. Current Med Oncs are excited to welcome a new partner; happy to provide mentorship if desired
8. Plenty of highly-tenured clinical and administrative support staff - no one is taking paperwork home with them here. 1:1 (or better) dedicated RN support.
