Base pay range

$125,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

Associate Attorney role is Work-From-Home Remote flexible, and may require weekly visits to Los Angeles OR Orange County offices for Trial Prep and or firm wide updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage caseload of Insurance Defense Litigation for Medical Malpractice / Healthcare
• preparing for trial and court appearances
• Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, negotiations and trial
  
  

Qualifications

• JD
• Passed CA bar
• 2+ years of professional working experience in Insurance Defense for Med Mal or Healthcare
• Proven track record of experience in Depositions, Motions, Trial
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Will consider candidates with other insurance defense experience also
