Positions feature low patient ratios based on unit needs.

Responsibilities:

• Providing patient care under the supervision of an RN or LPN.
• Performing direct and indirect patient care tasks.
• Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, hygiene, toileting, nutrition, feeding, hydration, ambulation, and positioning.
• Proactively anticipating family needs.
• Modifying care based on patient requirements.
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to improve patient care.
• Ensuring patient safety and satisfaction through regular rounds and effective communication.
