Job summary

Air Evac Lifeteam in Oklahoma is hiring a Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transport services. You will work with a team of medical experts to safely move patients, ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches, and uphold all regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications include a rotorcraft FAA Commercial certificate, helicopter instrument rating, Class II medical, and thousands of hours, with a sign-on bonus and housing. This role follows a 7/7 schedule.

Qualifications

• Must hold a rotorcraft FAA Commercial certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating required.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• 2,000 total flight hours.
• 1,500 helicopter hours.
• 1,000 helicopter PIC hours.
• 500 turbine helicopter hours.
• 100 hours night unaided or 50 unaided with 100 aided hours.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches and maintain aircraft cleanliness.
• Maintain accurate AEL and regulatory documentation and record keeping.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change information to the next pilot and team following recording procedures.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
