Job summary

Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a QC Inspector in O'Fallon, MO for a 6-12 month contract. You will inspect components and products for design conformance using visual, physical, and precision testing methods.

Responsibilities include documenting results, maintaining inspection records, meeting cycle-time standards, and following safety procedures. Candidates should have a high school diploma and preferably quality inspection training; English literacy required and basic math skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively use an eye piece.
• Able to use basic hand tools, calipers, micrometers.
• Ability to understand product drawings, specifications and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of received and internal components, assemblies, and products to design requirements through physical, visual, and specialized testing and inspection.
• Document results in accordance with all pertinent procedural requirements.
• Identify defects and inconsistencies with precision.
• Maintain accurate inspection documentation.
• Meet time standards for inspection cycle times.
• Perform accurate counts of products inspected.
• Document results of inspections per procedures.
• Follow all safety requirements.
