Job Details:

Title: Med Center Security Dispatch Lead

Department: Health System Shared Services | Security

Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring Control Room Activity (60%): Oversee CCTV, alarm systems, and communication channels; dispatch emergency services; collaborate with university departments for effective response.
2. Supervising the Security Dispatch Control Center (30%): Manage daily operations, evaluate staff performance, implement policies, troubleshoot equipment, ensure system functionality, and maintain documentation.
3. Administrative Duties (10%): Attend meetings, assist with projects, manage supplies, respond to emergencies, and support access control functions.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED; 4 years relevant experience (6+ preferred); certification or vocational training may be required. An associate degree may be preferred.
