Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in the United States is seeking a Medication Aide / Med Tech to deliver safe, accurate medication care for our residents. You will administer medications per physician orders, observe residents, document in MAR/TAR, and maintain clean medication carts and rooms.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, Medication Administration certification, CPR and First Aid, plus strong documentation and communication skills. Prior senior care experience is preferred.

• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration.

• Report refusals or concerns promptly.
• Complete narcotic counts per policy.
• Maintain clean, organized medication carts and rooms.
• Follow infection control and safety standards.

What You'll Do

You play a critical role in preventing medication errors, identifying health changes early, and protecting resident safety through attention to detail and regulatory compliance.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• Medication Administration certification
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Senior care experience preferred
