Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Medication Aide/Med Tech to ensure safe and accurate medication administration for residents. You will follow physician orders, document in MAR/TAR, and observe residents during passes to support dignity and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma, medication administration certification, CPR/First Aid, and strong documentation skills. Senior care experience is preferred, with benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time.
• Observe residents during and after medication passes.
• Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for relief.
• Report refusals or concerns promptly.
• Complete narcotic counts per policy.
• Maintain clean, organized medication carts and rooms.
• Follow infection control and safety standards.

Pay Range:

16.40 - 20.55
