Job summary

Encore Senior Living in Wisconsin is seeking a Med Aid to administer medications and assist residents with daily care.

The role includes accurately maintaining medication records, ensuring proper label storage, monitoring residents’ health, and reporting changes to the Wellness Director.

Qualifications

• One-year experience in a health care environment or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents and assist with daily care.
• Maintain medication records and ensure labeling and storage meet state standards.
• Monitor health and well-being of residents and report changes to Wellness Director.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating).
