  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
  • Administer medications accurately and safely according to prescribed schedules and procedures under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
  • Monitor residents for any changes in condition and report observations to nursing staff.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
  • Assist with meal preparation, serving, and feeding as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
  • Follow all policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure resident safety and compliance.
