Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of long-term care experience preferred.
• Successful completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant program.
• Must hold a current and valid CMT certification.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications to residents and monitors reactions under supervision.
• Counts dosages, documents MAR accuracy, and reviews medication orders.
• Maintains medication carts, supplies, and reports with nursing staff.
• Documents vital signs and meds; prepares verbal/written reports as needed.
• Participates in care planning and adheres to safety guidelines.
