Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical systems in a fast-paced engineering environment.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and schematics for troubleshooting and assembly.
• Experience with PLC/SCADA integration and low-voltage control signals (24VDC).

Responsibilities

• Assemble actuators, servo motors, and gear systems into working mechanical assemblies.
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic subsystems, including valves and pumps.
• Install and route sensor packages for feedback and control.
• Perform electrical wiring, termination, and cable management for automation assemblies.
• Support controls engineers with PLC/SCADA integration.
• Interpret drawings and CAD outputs to guide assembly and debugging.
• Collaborate with engineering and fabrication teams to improve repeatability and manufacturability.
• Conduct functional testing, calibration, and tuning of electro-mechanical assemblies.
