Job summary

JLL is hiring a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems across the building. The role includes installing, maintaining, and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment and mentoring junior technicians.

The position emphasizes safety, documentation, and hands-on troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in repair of material handling equipment.
• 2+ years of experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to all Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Maintain a positive working relationship across all the Operations facility.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Move up to 49lbs and stand/walk during 12-hour shifts.
• Possible travel up to 20%.
