Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Mechatronics and Robotics Technician in Lenexa, KS. You will support maintenance and operation of building systems inside a client facility, repairing and improving MHE and robotic systems to ensure continuous operation.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of related experience, and proficiency with computers and Office apps. Prefer Associate’s or higher in mechanical/electrical fields and CMMS experience.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to solve problems and follow general instructions in standard situations.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Repair and maintain material handling equipment and robotic systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines and document them properly.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with client and operations teams.
