Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) seeks a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support operation, maintenance, and optimization of robotic and material handling systems at a client facility. You will perform hands-on repairs, preventative maintenance, and performance improvements to keep systems running safely and efficiently.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of related experience, and proficiency with MS Office; CMMS and conveyor systems experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year related experience or training.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Experience with hand tools (powered or non-powered).
• Ability to work from instructions and follow procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on MHE and related components.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed.
