Job summary

JLL in Everett, WA is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance team, repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the building, with the opportunity to mentor junior technicians. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in MHE repair and preventive maintenance, and be able to work a flexible schedule.

The role may require up to 20% travel, lifting up to 49 pounds, and on-site work at a large distribution

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the repair of material handling equipment.
• 2+ years of experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to all Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Maintain a positive working relationship across all the Operations facility.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Move up to 49lbs as well as stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Possible travel up to 20% at a minimum.
