Job summary

C&W Services is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance Team in maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems across the facility. The role includes installing, maintaining and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience repairing MHE or automated conveyors and controls.
• 2+ years of predictive and preventative maintenance experience.
• 1+ years reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
• 1+ years of electrical/electronic principles knowledge.
• Experience with CMMS and document management.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safety: promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
• Maintenance: perform preventative maintenance with proper documentation.
• Monitoring: create and close work orders with labor hours and parts.
• Support: mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.
• Communication: maintain positive relationships across the facility.
