Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Mechatronics & Robotics) in Niagra Falls, NY to support the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the building. You will install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment, and mentor junior technicians.

The role offers a sign-on/relocation bonus and opportunities to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of repair experience on material handling equipment.
• 2+ years of preventive and predictive maintenance experience.
• Experience with automated conveyor systems and controls preferred.
• Familiarity with CMMS and robotics/electromechanical maintenance helpful.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment and follow safety procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on MHE (belts, motors, relays, etc.).
• Mentor junior technicians and coordinate with Operations team.
• Move up to 49 lbs and stand for long shifts; travel up to 20%.
