Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring a Mechatronics & Robotics Apprentice. You will learn to blend electronic, mechanical, computer, and automation skills on high-performance manufacturing systems, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing to keep processes efficient.

You will be paired with journey workers, work across facilities with advanced automation, and be mentored by senior technicians as you develop your skills and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 1+ years of PC software experience (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Technical training or an associate degree, or 1+ years Amazon RME experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing operational items.
• Willing to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Knowledge of mathematics and ability to read measurements.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative/predictive maintenance of conveyance equipment using job plans and manuals.
• Troubleshoot robotics and robotic work cells.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems in MHE components.
• Maintain motors, photo eyes, relays, and sensors; ensure equipment availability.
