The ideal candidate has hands-on problem-solving skills, 3+ years of maintenance experience, a High School diploma or equivalent, and (preferably) a Mechatronics Certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechatronics Certification preferred.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience.
• Experience with PLCs, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Proficient in computer systems and backups.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and back up PLC and computer system backups.
• Manage spare-parts inventory for PLC and computer systems.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests.
• Support ongoing improvement projects with the Plant Engineer.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Provide guidance to junior maintenance technicians.
• Communicate inventory needs to Maintenance Team Leader.
• Respond to after-hours equipment emergencies when required.
