Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems on production equipment, including motors, PLCs, sensors, and conveyors.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize reliability.
• Install, align, and calibrate electro-mechanical components and control systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Diagnose equipment failures using multimeters, scopes, and diagnostic software.
• Repair or replace motors, drives, relays, control panels, and related components.
• Document maintenance activities and parts usage in the CMMS system.
• Follow safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures; collaborate with teams on improvements.
