Sceye is seeking a Mechatronics Engineer for Launch Systems in Moriarty, NM. In this full-time role, you will own the electromechanical release interface for high-altitude platform systems (HAPS), ensuring reliable separation during launch operations.

The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in a relevant engineering field and 3+ years of experience. Responsibilities include designing interfaces, auditing electronics, and participating in vehicle assembly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in electromechanical systems design or hardware integration.
• Experience integrating sensors into control systems.

• Own design and integration of electrical-to-mechanical interface for HAPS release.
• Audit current launch electronics for failure modes and durability gaps.
• Build simulation models for launch dynamics to validate release conditions.
