Mechatronics Engineering Role

I’m working with a robotics startup building the “PC of robotics” — an intuitive, open, general-purpose robot that makes robotics accessible to everyone. They are a small, hands-on team focused on solving hard problems that matter, and they’re looking for a generalist Mechatronics Engineer who has built and shipped products before and thrives across multiple disciplines.

What You’ll Work On

• Designing and building the physical systems that make the robots work — electronics, mechanics, firmware, and everything in between
• Laying out PCBs and working on high-speed digital and power electronics
• Designing mechanical parts and iterating quickly with CAD and rapid prototyping
• Writing and debugging firmware in embedded C and software in Python
• Thinking about and contributing to the product design while staying close to customer needs

Core Skills & Technologies

• PCB design, high-speed digital and power electronics

• Full product lifecycle experience in early-stage or high-growth environments

Preferred Experience

• Manufacturing: CNC machining, sheet metal, injection molding
• RF or high-speed signal integrity work
