As the Mechatronics Development Manager, you will direct the work of embedded software, mechanical and harness, electronics, and system engineers within applications to ensure the best practices around mechatronics system design and development. You will oversee your team's day‑to‑day responsibilities in designing, building, testing, deploying, maintaining, and supporting mechatronic systems and components that integrate mechanical, electrical, and software engineering principles. You will ensure that project and department milestones and goals are met while staying within approved budgets. Additionally, you will work to establish functional requirements, design specifications, and review solutions to ensure that organizational needs are met.
