As part of CBRE's safety‑driven team, you will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose electrical/mechanical issues, track inventory, and collaborate with client's operations staff to keep systems

Qualifications

• Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical issues on material handling equipment.
• Experience with maintenance of automated packaging and distribution systems.
• Capability to document preventative maintenance activities.
• Ability to collaborate with client and operations teams.
• Commitment to following safety procedures.
• Comfort with basic math for simple calculations.

Responsibilities

• Solve electrical and mechanical issues on material handling equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution gear.
• Complete and document preventive maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Work with client and operations teams to ensure reliability.
• Promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
