Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. offers a Mechatronics Apprentice program within its GlobalWorkplace Solutions team in Georgia.

This paid training combination blends 9 weeks of classroom instruction with on-the-job learning to prepare you for maintenance or controls technician roles on a world-class retail account. You’ll gain experience solving electrical and mechanical issues, installing and maintaining automated packaging equipment, and documenting maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or have completed a technical program related to mechatronics or maintenance.
• Willingness to learn and apply hands-on skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to material handling equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with client and operations teams.
• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
