Job summary

Siemens in Grand Prairie, TX, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for the 3rd shift (11 PM–7 AM). The role requires hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting and the ability to troubleshoot electrical up to 480V three‑phase, read schematics, and lift up to 50 lbs.

You will diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, operate rigging equipment safely, and document work in CMMS.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1+ years of hands-on maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
Basic electrical troubleshooting up to 480V three-phase.
Fundamental understanding of mechanical systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors).
Ability to read electrical/mechanical/pneumatic schematics and blueprints.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Enforce safety policies and Lockout/Tagout procedures and maintain compliance with standards.
Provide strong customer service and effective communication to support production goals.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and components.
Operate rigging equipment safely and select appropriate tools for tasks.
Maintain accurate CMMS records of maintenance work, parts used, and equipment history.
